The disc is hypoallergenic, lead and nickel free, artisan pewter and measures 1 inch. Choose as many genuine Swarovski crystal channel birthstones as you need. It comes with a stainless steel chain or message me to upgrade to sterling silver for an additional fee.

This is a great gift for a grandmother on her birthday, Christmas or Mother’s Day! A heart will be stamped before the name unless you indicate otherwise.
