The daily Brain Dump entries will assist in decluttering your mind, with Mindfulness as the focus. The sole purpose of a Brain Dump is to store information somewhere outside of your brain. The hope for this journal is for you to be able to free up space in your brain.
Each Brain Dump entry will prompt you to enter the following:
- Gratitude: Take a deep breath and reflect on at least three things you are grateful for in the moment
- To Do List: Prioritize your tasks into the following categories:
- URGENT - tasks that need immediate attention
- DELAYED - tasks that have been put off
- NON-URGENT - tasks without a time constraint
- Let it out: Use this space to BRAIN DUMP anything that you need to get out
- Affirmation: Write down an empowering affirmation you can commit to for the day
This journal was made with the intention for us women to sit down and reflect mindfully on our day. I hope you find peace and joy in your entries day after day.
