You need to drill 4 holes in the center beam for attaching the front part of the protector, and additionally, insert a flat bar with welded nuts into the frame rail. The entire assembly is bolted using the screws included in the protector kit.

The product features ventilation and drainage holes that allow for air exchange and water drainage. Thanks to the numerous reinforcements and bends in the protector's construction, it is very durable and resistant to any kind of deformation.
