ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates utilize an exclusive diaphragm design to enhance clamp load, minimize deflection, and optimize clutch longevity. All diaphragms undergo a four-stage heat-treating process for superior performance. Precision cover stampings on ACT pressure plates ensure consistency and rigidity. The Performance Street discs by ACT feature premium organic materials with high copper content for improved heat transfer and steel-backed lining for enhanced burst strength and durability. These discs are engineered with reduced marcel for quicker shift action to complement ACT pressure plates, while also offering increased reliability and strength.
