"It was July 2015. In the stillness of the warm sun, a small clique of horses, once at ease, came alive—stirred by the wrangler’s gentle command. It was time to saddle up and gather them in. Their calm grazing gave way to spirited play—hooves skipping, tails flicking—an embodiment of the vibrant, social dynamics among the horses of Zapata."
