The specialty roaster's method — made for your everyday ritual

Most coffee blends are made the easy way: different origins are mixed together first, then roasted as one. Sierra Ember is crafted differently.

For this medium roast, the Peruvian beans are roasted separately to reveal their natural caramel sweetness. The Mexican beans are roasted separately to unlock toasted almond, warm spice, and nutty depth. Only then are the two origins brought together in Ohio.

That extra step creates a smoother, more layered cup — one that feels familiar, comforting, and quietly elevated.

Warm, balanced, and made for every day

Sierra Ember opens with toasted almond and caramelized sugar, then settles into soft cacao and a gentle spice finish. It is smooth without being flat, flavorful without being heavy, and balanced enough to become your daily cup.

This is the roast for slow mornings, focused workdays, and the coffee that carries you through the rhythm of the day.

Certified, intentional, and made in Ohio

Sierra Ember is crafted with certified organic Arabica and is Fair Trade Certified and Kosher. Every bag reflects the intention behind the Rituales de Origen collection: coffee with place, coffee with craft, coffee with soul.

Small-batch blended in Ohio by Stephen James Curated Coffee Collection.

Concise
Format: Paperback
I recently discovered how little I know about my own faith. This book is the second in a series of Penguin books on the history of the church. The author does an excellent job of providing an overview of the social setting of the middle ages and how the papacy, the East-West schism and the religious orders developed during this time period. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand more about how we got to where we are.

Sad to say Christians killed "infidels" too
Format: Paperback
A real eye-opener! Christians were killing "infidels" in the middle ages and the infidels were other Christians, Jews and Muslims.

A great book about the middle ages
Format: Paperback
If I was ignorant as most Americans are who call themselves Christian and do not know anything about the middle ages and the development and Christianity I would read this as a good over view.

Love this beautiful serving plate!
Beautiful, meaningful, loving energy radiates from this practical serving plate. I bought it as a gift for my daughter for her bridal shower. Every time she and her husband use it, it sets a loving, kind and welcoming tone for each other, and all who share a meal with them!
