Machined from a Solid 7075-T6 Aluminum Billet, SpeedFactory's design is massively stronger than the weak cast OEM case and ~85% stronger than the typically used 6061-T6. You won't be breaking this housing!
Included Items:
- 7075-T6 Billet Housing with inspection cover and bearing cap
- Output shaft seal
- SFR Titanium dowel pin
- Grade 10.9 bolts
- All needed O-rings for 4-bolt inspection cover, 5-bolt bearing cap, and main housing
Superior Incorporated Design Features & Benefits:
- High strength 7075-T6 billet aluminum body
- The bearing cap is also 7075-T6 with ultra thick under-bolt mounting flange and is the strongest available. This keeps the hypoid gears in position better than others - hypoid separation under power is a well-known B-Series transfer case design issue that contributes to breakage
- Large inspection cover makes assembly and inspection a breeze.
- Includes solid titanium dowel pin which eliminates the usual OEM dowel failures
- No more dealing with multiple different length mounting bolts like OEM - supplied with x4 identical mounting bolts that precisely locate into machined pockets on the transfer case body to stop case rotation under hard launches and eliminates the need for a transfer case to block brace.

NOTE: You must have a '99-'01 "PEP" stamped oem transfer case to start building from. Earlier "PBX" stamped transfer cases are not compatible. Requires assembly and shimming to OEM specifications. It is HIGHLY recommended that you have the assembly & installation performed by a reputable specialist that is experienced in building these transfer cases. Compatible with all currently known B-Series transfer drive & hypoid gear sets.
