Entitled Expiration Compositions, his sophomore album presents a brooding yet hopeful take on a soundtrack to a peaceful death. Jordan displays an innately human fear of death through nine sequential tracks grounded in somber piano and ambient textures. Each composition adds nuanced layers of emotional complexity with the addition of a string quartet led by cellist Mark Bridges of Kranky Records. Expiration Compositions melds a fascination with how life ends with brave imaginations of that very process. The result is an album that disconnects the listener from daily life while guiding them gently through that which most frightens them. Produced by Rafael Anton Irisarri of 'The Sight Below'.

Works like a charm

Pricey for a towel holder, but a great value for the money. Like everyone else, I’ve tried all types of towel holders that didn’t work or were tricky to replace the rolls. The ear type that have two spring loaded arms to hold the roll, if you pull too hard the roll pops out and the towels go flying. The type that has 2 arms and a rod that goes through the roll. Pain in the #$@ to detach and reattach for roll changes. Slip on type with a post and silicon fins on the post to hold the towels. Not good for jumbo rolls and the other rolls fits on loosely and sometimes a simple tug to detach a towel gets you a handful as it spins away. So I saw this one, hesitated at the price, but based on reviews decided to give it a spin, ( sorry about the pun). It holds the towels firmly thanks to the springy fins attached to the center post. Sized for all rolls, even the jumbo. Stays anchored to the counter with the suction sups. And, dispenses towels with a simple tug with one hand. No need to hold the roll, this baby does what it says. I like the sleek look and the stainless steel finish. As to the cost, if I had bought this one instead of all its failed predecessors, I would have saved money. Buy it, you won’t be sorry

No regrets on this choice!

This holder not only looks good but works like a charm. Very easy to put together & very sturdy. Holds the paper towel with no slipping or popping off and it does not move around on the counter. There are suction cups on the bottom. Very impressed & worth every penny!!

Functional and Good Quality

I give this SMARTAKE paper towel holder 4 stars. Overall, it's a very good product that I would recommend, but it has one minor drawback that takes away a star.
The Positives
Quality and Stability: The holder feels good quality, and the material (steel) is sturdy. Once placed on the counter, it's stable and adheres well to the surface.
Assembly and Use: It was easy to put together; just read the instruction manual. I confirm that it works well even with large paper towel rolls. Furthermore, it's not difficult to change the roll at all.
The Drawback
The only problem is the small mechanism that's supposed to adjust and hold the roll (the piece that prevents it from twisting too much). As the paper gets used up, this piece doesn't do its job properly, and the paper unwinds more than it should.
Conclusion: If you're looking for a modern, stable, and well-made holder for your kitchen, this is excellent. Just keep in mind that the adjuster isn't the best, but other than that, it does its job perfectly.
