This multi-pack of ten LED downlights can flawlessly address the diverse lighting needs of multi-purpose areas, such as kitchens and dining rooms. It features an adjustable gimbal, which you can tilt up and down to specific ranges, making it excellent for additional task lighting or showcasing artwork or architectural features.
The downlight works with any GU10 bulb, which is available in cool white, natural white, and warm white light. Cool white and natural white suit task lighting, while warm white light is perfect for ambient lighting. While you can use the GU10 bulb you prefer, we recommend pairing it with a dimmable GU10 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch to access its dimming feature!
This LED downlight is quick and easy to install. It has a loop-in/out terminal block with push-fit connectors and a twist and lock mechanism for easy bulb changes. It is also mains-powered, so no separate LED driver or transformer is needed. Additionally, this recessed fitting is insulation-coverable, allowing loft insulation to be placed loosely over its rear. However, you can only do so when paired with a GU10 LED lamp with a maximum power of 7w.
Our downlight is designed with a polished chrome finish, making it easy to integrate into any interior design scheme. It also has an open-can design that enhances the fixture's cooling system, ensuring the bulbs' longevity.
The downlight is fire-rated to 30, 60, and 90 minutes for solid joist ceilings and 30 minutes for web and I-joist ceilings. The intumescent pad of a fire-rated fixture like this activates when exposed to a specific temperature, blocking even the smallest cracks surrounding the downlight and preventing immediate fire spread.
