EXPRESS SHIPPING: USPS estimates express shipping between 4-7 business days. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: During November through December, USPS has higher than normal order volume. Customers may experience extended shipping times. Once shipped, USPS estimates delayed delivery between 10-30 days.

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same packaging with the tag attached. 

All returns are subject to a 10% fee in order to cover PayPal processing and return fees. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping fees.

Exchanges are accepted. Please contact us at [email protected]m so that we can help you find the correct exchange. You will need to send the jewelry you wish to exchange back to us at Vince Jewelers 618 E Marine Corps Drive Hagatna, Guam 96910 with USPS. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. When the items are received, we will notify you. If there is a price difference, we will send you a link to complete payment for the price difference plus $10 for return shipping. If there is no price difference, we will send you a link to pay a $10 shipping fee for the return of your exchange. Finally, we will prepare the exchanged jewelry for shipment and email you a shipment notification.

My kitchen theme is pink and this was a perfect addition! Until it wasn’t! Fully charged it, and placed it in its holder ready for use the next morning. I recharge again because it died, and the sad thing is still asystolic.. (no pulse), dead, gone. What the??? So I don’t know what to tell you! It looks pretty! Updated: The company reached out to me and I received a replacement within 2-3 weeks. The new one is not possessed or dancing across the counter. Good power, 3 speeds, 2 attachments (which I seem to use without the power - such as mixing spices). Thank you for standing behind your product in a volatile economic time.
