Zesty with linear and laser focused acidity that feels well embedded into the body of the wine, not forced but innate. A stony, pumice like minerality and a spray of tea rose florals. This is the kind of energetic Tumbarumba and modern Australian chardonnay that you could drink everyday. This will also age slowly and continue to show you more detail over the next 5-8 years. A wondrous wine. Pair with salt and pepper squid or a Fritto Misto di Mare platter."
