This product is a 3-Pack of premium large TITAN Survival ferrocerium rods, each measuring ½ ” x 5.5”, with drilled 5 mm lacing holes in each. Each unit is expected to last for years, with each use allowing emergency fire-starting by throwing 3,000 °C (5,430 °F) sparks to ignite your tinder and get your fire going. This is the same ferro-rod used in our SurvivorSteel Ferro-Rod product, and is the perfect gift for your favorite outdoor enthusiast, and is perfect for bug-out bags and emergency survival kits.

Made from a proprietary medium-soft mischmetal to maximize the amount of sparks thrown with each long stroke, the same material also minimizes damage and breakage traditionally caused by harder, more brittle ferro-rods
