  • Durability: Made from 16 gauge stainless steel, this vent cover has a very high rigidity and is resistant to physical damage such as dents and impacts. This is particularly important for outdoor applications where the material may be exposed to harsh conditions.
  • Weather Resistance: The heavy gauge of this stainless steel provides better resistance to environmental factors such as rain, snow, and extreme temperatures, preventing corrosion over time.
  • Lifespan: Due to its enhanced durability and resistance to weathering, 16 gauge stainless steel has a longer lifespan compared to thinner materials.
  • Easy Installation: Secure the plate to the sides of your fire pit using the screw holes in the corners of the plate (wood screws are included). 
  • Ventilation Requirements: All gas fire pits require ventilation for unburnt gas to escape from under the burner, and fresh air to be brought in.   • Sizing:  The vent covers measure 14" x 4.5" but the cutout for the ventilation is only 13.75" x 3.5", meaning that the plate will cover a slightly larger area than the actual vent opening.

The sheepskins have made such a difference, that I have never removed them from the car. It is now July, with triple digit temperatures every day, surrounded by desert. The sheepskin keep us cool on every drive. I could have purchased sheepskin seat covers, but these provide the same comfort for a fraction of the cost. Yes, it takes a small amount of effort to adjust them when you first get into the car, but I don't even think about it any more. As far as the quality, there is no shedding, no smell, and no discoloration. We have put over 4,000 miles on the car since I put these in, and I have no complaints to register.
