Dante's deceased love interest, Beatrice Portinari, is his guide through the journey to the paradise of heaven. Just as Dante depicted Hell as having nine circles, Heaven is depicted as consisting of nine celestial spheres. Gradually the pair ascend through each of these, observing their appearance and meeting with various inhabitants along the way.

The poem's grand finale sees Dante and Beatrice enter the Empyrean - the very home of God himself. Beatrice's beauty becomes more marked, while Dante himself is bathed in an intense light, so that he may be fit to behold the divine.

I love this case! Made well but function is challenging

I’m not so sure I really like this over all. The keys on the keyboard are nice, not mushy at all, very clear and functional. And the size of the keyboard is fine. It’s not full size and I didn’t expect it to be. But what I can’t get used to is how floppy the rest of it is. It won’t sit well in my lap, it must be on a flat surface to function at all. I find that very frustrating. The grooves that prop up the ipad won’t hold it if you move it at all. The keyboard must be unattached, moved and reattached to close up everything securely. Also it is heavier than I expected. The quality is good. It is not cheaply made. The color is just what I wanted and expected from the description. I’m giving it four stars instead of three because it is made well, but it’s mostly form over function. Edit: I returned this product and ordered a keyboard with the swivel holder for the ipad, much sturdier and steadier.
