The Hollyland Solidcom C1 Pro Full-Duplex ENC Wireless Intercom Remote Headset (Dual-Ear) is a standalone expansion headset built for high-noise live production environments.

While the single-ear version is great for maintaining awareness of your surroundings, the Dual-Ear (Double-Ear) configuration is specifically engineered for crew members stationed in deep acoustic chaos—such as front-of-house (FOH) audio engineers, concert camera operators right next to line arrays, racetrack technicians, and main-stage floor managers. By covering both ears, it provides passive physical acoustic isolation, allowing the internal intercom audio to shine without forcing you to max out the volume.

Key Audio & Structural Upgrades

  • Dual-Ear Passive + Active Isolation: This headset pairs full over-ear physical coverage with Hollyland's active Dual-Mic Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC). The main directional microphone tracks your mouth, while a secondary omnidirectional mic on the chassis tracks ambient room noise. The internal algorithm strips away up to 20dB of low-frequency background racket, delivering pristine vocal feeds to the rest of the crew.

  • Tactile Push-to-Talk (PTT) Switch: The side of the master earcup features a large, easily accessible button. You can click it to toggle between a standard open-mic state, a standard "click-to-mute" setup, or hold it down for quick "Push-to-Talk" commands.

  • Flip-to-Mute Ergonomics: Raising the microphone boom arm vertically past a structural detent click instantly mutes your transmission. Swinging it back down immediately re-opens your line.

  • Full Backward Compatibility: This Pro Remote headset integrates perfectly into original, standard Solidcom C1 systems. Because the advanced ENC processing takes place inside this specific headset before broadcasting, anyone listening on an older C1 headset will instantly notice cleaner audio coming from this node.

Ecosystem Integration Boundaries

As a standalone Remote Headset, this device contains no master routing hardware. It cannot function as an independent intercom system by itself:

  • The Master Requirement: It must be paired to a Solidcom C1 or C1 Pro Master Headset, or synced directly to a central Solidcom C1 / C1 Pro HUB Base Station.

  • System Capacity Limits: Up to 7 remote headsets can link natively to a single Master headset without a hub. If connecting to a central HUB base station, it scales up to 8 wireless remotes per hub partition.

Ergonomics & Power Infrastructure

Even with a second earpiece added to the frame, the headset utilizes a lightweight PC-ABS composite body to prevent neck fatigue during long production days. The weight is distributed evenly across an ergonomic, cushioned headband.

It runs on the universal 700mAh batteries used across the entire Solidcom C1 line, supplying up to 10 hours of runtime despite driving two speakers and active ENC chips. The battery compartment features a quick-access hatch, allowing you to execute a battery swap in under five seconds mid-shoot without needing to un-pair from the network.

On-Set Remote Pairing Protocol: To add this dual-ear remote headset to your existing system, turn on your Master headset. Put on the new Dual-Ear Remote unit, then press and hold the A button (or volume up and down indicators depending on your package's firmware) on both headsets for 10 seconds. The indicator LED on the mic boom will flash quickly as they handshake, settling into a solid Blue LED once a secure connection is made.

Great WFH screen for video calls
Color: Black, Size: 22"- 4 Panel
I share a workspace with my hubs since we both work from home. I have the attention span of a 🐿️ and need this so I can focus on my work and not get distracted by him, since he is very amusing to watch. This screen is very lightweight and the panels can move and create a little cubicle around your workspace. I personally loved cubicles & despise open space seating, even at home. The ADHDer in my loves being able to block things away from my field of vision. These panels also hide any mess behind you, especially if you forget to blur the background on Teams or Zoom calls or if you don’t have the option to change your backgrounds. This was fairly easy to put together and very easy to move and adjust. The screen is a much better option than a sheet as I’ve seen others use on calls.🤦🏻‍♀️😂 I’m not sure how it will stand up around rambunctious pets or kids, but fairly certain it takes quite a push to knock it over. We have four cats & I’m pretty sure someone would try to climb this, which is why they’re not allowed in our workspace.

Difficult to assemble, but a good basic divider
Color: Beige, Size: 22"- 4 Panel
I bought this to use as a background for when I have video calls. I wish I'd ordered the 6- or even 8-panel to block a little more, but that's my own error. It still covers a good portion of the room, so I'll make do, or maybe buy another at a later date to expand it. It looks ok, if a little plain. The fabric panels have creases in them from being folded and will need to be steamed or ironed out for a nicer look. It would be easy to make your own panels as well, if you're so inclined. The construction is decent. The frame is lightweight and if you don't angle the base supports the right way it may tip over if you extend it too far. The fabric panels aren't the highest quality, but are sturdy enough. They seem like they would handle being thrown in the wash well. The only issue I have with it is that it was so difficult to put together. The push latches that connect the poles don't push it well and hurt my hands. The fabric panels are sized to be extremely taut, which makes it very difficult to get them on the bars without forcing the bar to bend slightly. Overall, this is a good divider if you're looking for something simple and functional without being too worried about aesthetic. It's also a good, inexpensive base if you want to make your own custom panels.

Great Room divider
Color: Beige, Size: 34"- 3 Panel
Works well in separating my kids play area from my computer/office room. Easy to put together, height is perfect somewhat sturdy, looks great, light weight, not good if you are using it as a door, but if it is to stay in place than it is stable enough.

Exactly what I needed
Color: Black, Size: 34"- 3 Panel, Color: Black, Size: 34"- 3 Panel
It was easy to put together even without a power drill. Completely opaque. Only a very small slit between poles. I plan to add black electrical tape, but that's because I don't want nosies peeking through to see my screen. The height is beautiful. I was afraid it wouldn't be as tall as I needed. But it is perfect. I share a small office with a good buddy of mine. People passing by our door is distracting and invites them to speak to me. I needed something that would stop the former and prevent the latter, especially when I'm deep in concentration mode. The two panels are enough to block outsiders and the third panel I will employ when I can't even be disturbed by my officemate. It's the fastest and easiest signal not to disrupt me at all. 10/10

Packaging contents
Color: Grey, Size: 34"- 3 Panel
Item is as described however this one appeared to be open and some parts possibly used. Example pole packaging mislabeled one had the letter K as a part there is no letter K item in the instructions. Another pole part had a taped on letter A which is completely different from the others thus indicating that it was opened or substituted. Finally after the partition was completely put together one of the bottom screw connection anchors came out making the partition unable to stand. I'm going to have to rig something up in order to get the anchor connected to the bottom panel. In closure the partion could be very acceptable and do the job if it was new and parts labeled correctly. I have pictures of all parts and packaging errors. Would buy again if new. I'm going to pursue some kind of compensation.
