The reticle is illuminated in red or green and in multiple brightness intensities, for a suitable sight picture regardless of lighting or environment. The detachable reflex dot sight allows for quick acquisition of close quarter and fast moving targets.

The sound level surprised me. I expected a louder buzz, but it’s much quieter, which makes using it less stressful. The size is small enough to maneuver easily, but it doesn’t sacrifice strength. Even with thicker hair, it trims without pulling. That’s usually my main concern with electric tools, but this one feels secure and safe. Another thing I enjoy is how light it feels in my hand. I used it on my arms, legs, and bikini line, and I didn’t have to grip tightly. The design makes it simple to hold and move around curves without nicking the skin.
