Total weight it's not astronomical at around 12.5 Kg. Quite compact too.

Please note that this scanner can be hard to correctly setup and some experience is needed. Plenty of resources are available online including manuals, disassembly and cleaning guides, tutorials, software and drivers.
It is highly recommended to be used with a dedicated and performing Windows XP PC since virtual machines could not work properly with this specific machine.
