Usage

• For optimal results, aim for 2-4 sessions per week.
• Use your Sauna Blanket for up to 60 minutes at a time. 
• Lay your Infrared Sauna Blanket on a flat surface (a bed or on top of a rug works perfectly).
• Zip it up entirely and turn it on to preheat (This takes about 20 minutes).
• Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes (or use the cotton insert sold separately), to keep your skin comfortable and absorb any sweat.
• Enter the sauna blanket and keep a large towel draped over the opening where your shoulders are to trap in heat.

With 96 Jade & Tourmaline stones, carbon fiber heating, EMF blocking technology, certified toxin-free materials, and independent testing from accredited labs for safety & effectiveness.

Maximum Infrared Emissivity

Throughout the Blanket is a carbon fiber heating element which produces far infrared heat in the range of 6-14 microns, which is the optimum range for the benefits of infrared heat.

As well, a bed of 96 smooth Jade & Tourmaline stones helps to absorb and then evenly disperse heat across the blanket, creating a thorough heat experience.

Certified Non-Toxic Materials

Unlike other sauna blankets that use PU leather (fake/vegan leather made from polyurethane), the Heat Healer has a premium amide fabric, independently tested by SGS against over 197 common toxic substances.

The problem with PU leather is that it is made from solvents and glues, which leave it prone to off-gassing when heated up.

Amide fabric (which the JuvaHeat uses) is the same material that gets used by NASA in an astronaut's spacesuit, for firefighters uniforms and in military applications.

Included with your JuvaHeat is a travel bag, waterproof head pillow, a small hand-held controller and user guide.

• USA/Canada: 110v-120v with a standard North American plug type (Type B). 600 watts.
• Europe/UK: 220v-240v with a Type F (for EU) plug type and a Type G (for UK) adapter. 600 watts.
• Australia/NZ: 220v-240v with a standard Australian plug type (Type I). 600 watts.
• The average electrical cost of a 1hr session is $0.10 to $0.15 depending on your energy provider

Blanket dimensions: 

The JuvaHeat is designed to comfortably fit someone up to 6'6" tall and 300lbs (136kg). The blanket is 75" long and has a circumference of 69" when in use.

Package weight: The box the JuvaHeat comes in weighs 24lbs (11kg). The device also comes with a convenient travel bag.

Temperature Settings:

• Far infrared in the range of 8,000nm-10,000nm.
• Internal heating element can be set at up to 80c (176f).
• This translates to a surface temperature of the materials of approximately 60c (140f).
• The maximum temperature is 80c (176f) and the JuvaHeat is far infrared heat.
  

Cleaning:

Keeping the JuvaHeat clean is easy. First, we always recommend to lay a towel down inside, on top of the stones. This gets 90% of the job done as you just sweat into the towel (much like you would in a normal sauna).

Then, when you are done with your sauna session, all you have to do is wipe it down with any surface spray product or natural cleaning solution (eg, tea tree oil mixed with water is a great natural remedy).

Temperature:

The maximum temperature is 80c (176f). Most people will tend to get a good sweat going after 30-minutes inside the sauna blanket, with things escalating from there.
