The contrast of colors and bright lights found on the toy helps develop their sensory skills. Pushing, riding, inserting blocks and pressing buttons help develop their motor skills. The VTech Sit-to-Stand Ultimate Alphabet Train also helps build fine motor skills with a variety of features including a storybook, a turning clock hand, gears and rolling beads. There also are 100 songs, melodies, sounds and phrases that help with language development. This VTech alphabet train also has 13 double-sided letter blocks that your little one can plug into the side of the train to learn letters and build their vocabulary. It also counts the blocks when they are dropped down the chute, which helps them to learn their numbers. The sit-to-stand alphabet train also includes a walkie-talkie that they can pick up and press the number buttons on to pretend to talk to animal friends for some role-play fun.
