Description: The TK2-HDR6 kit by ACT features their most popular Heavy Duty pressure plate paired with a 6-pad rigid race disc. ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plates utilize an exclusive diaphragm design to enhance clamp load, reduce deflection, and optimize clutch life. Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process for exceptional performance. Precision cover stampings ensure rigidity and consistency. The 6-pad rigid race discs are constructed with high-quality ceramic friction materials and a chrome-moly hub, heat-treated for durability and strength. The lightweight, rigid design allows for quick shifts and trouble-free service. Although engagement with the 6-pad rigid race disc is harsher, shifting is faster. This setup is recommended for larger clutch sizes to better absorb heat.
