The Human (IGLL1) Immunoglobulin Lambda-like Polypeptide 1 ELISA Kit measures immunoglobulin lambda-like polypeptide 1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human IGLL1 antibody. IGLL1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human IGLL1 Antibody is added and binds to IGLL1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IGLL1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human IGLL1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

This is the BEST SUNCREEN. It’s all we use-and I know, I know it’s expensive (standard is $30 a bottle) BUT it does go on sale quite often for like $20 ish which is what competitors run for and this is WAY cleaner. It’s made of a lot of organic ingredients and this one smells summery but they have unscented options too-that’s normally what I get! You can get spf 30 or 50 and they both work so well, never been burned wearing it. It’s a fine spray that goes on clear and dries quick-no white cast, no rubbing in. We live in a hot state that is sunny a lot of the year so we need a good sunscreen year round and this ticks all my boxes. This is the best product coola offers!! My entire family uses it.
