Invisible Zinc Tinted Daywear Medium SPF 30+ is more than just a mineral sunscreen: a complete 3-in-1 beauty solution. Use daily to nourish, protect and help prevent the appearance of premature ageing of the skin caused by UV exposure.

Why Zinc ?

  • A physical barrier between you and the sun. Invisible Zinc protects against surface UVB and deeper penetrating UVA.
  • Invisible Zinc uses one key active ingredient - Zinc Oxide - a mineral reflector found in nature to create a physical, reflective veil on the surface of your skin.
  • Invisible Zinc uses micronised Zinc Oxide which although invisible to the naked eye still provides outstanding broad spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays.
  • Invisible Zinc means the sun protection of Zinc Oxide without the thick zinc cream look. Zinc Oxide has a long history of use in skin care products and is currently a key ingredient in many baby creams, calamine lotions and skin salves.
  • Wear Invisible Zinc protection every day, not just at the beach.

Active ingredients:
Active Ingredients: Zinc Oxide 18% w/w.
Contains: Preservatives: Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol.

Directions:
Apply liberally and evenly to exposed skin 20 minutes prior to UV exposure. Reapply every two hours or more when sweating, and after swimming or towelling. Apply carefully, may stain clothing. This product may assist in preventing some skin cancers.

Contraindications and cautions:

  • Store below 30°C.
  • For external use only.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
  • If product gets into eyes rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Discontinue use and see a doctor if sign of irritation or rash appear.
  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure and wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear.

This version doesn’t work
I used these 2 nights in a row. I was hoping Oracoat found a solution to the problem people like me have with the regular Xylimelts: irritation of gums. As others have noted the “sensitive” version doesn’t melt and the goo that remains can be difficult to remove. I didn’t have too much trouble after the first night. However, the second day after use, it was so hard to get the remains out, I wound up with a very sore spot from digging it out. I will toss the rest. It’s too bad this effort fizzled. I hope Oracoat will find a solution For sensitive mouths. In the b meantime, I will use the original for a few nights and then stop before repeating. The idea behind the original product is fantastic. Unfortunately this attempt to make it usable for people with sensitive mouths hasn’t worked. Please try again.

I had used the original Xylimelts a few years back for my night time very dry mouth. They worked very well, completely dissolving overnight, but they caused sores inside my cheeks. Recently I discovered this new version which was purported to be made without the offending ingredients. They don't work quite as well, as they don't completely dissolve, but so far haven't caused any irritation. My mouth isn't completely parched as it was without any product, so it is definitely better than nothing. There is a gel-like residue in the morning that needs to be scraped off the teeth. I think Oracoat has some more R & D to do.
