Sengoku Mahjong is set during the Warring States period of Japan, a tumultuous time when various warlords competed to rule the country. In this game, they do so by conquering their rivals at Mahjong.
[This is a Japanese import game for the PC Engine, the Turbografx-16 equivalent in Japan. While the cartridge is not compatible with the Turbografx-16 system, third-party converters exist to allow PC Engine games to be played on the Turbografx-16 and vice versa.]
