仲有羽根屋所有既酒都係「中汲み」。(係搾酒既步驟入面、最初搾出黎既「荒走り」、最後既「責め」、中間部分「中汲み（中取り）」、大概分為三部分。中間既｢中汲み｣就係最好最精華既部分)。
