Keep hot foods ready for service with a mobile pass-thru holding cabinet that delivers even heat, flexible pan storage, and easy access from both sides.
- Full-height pass-thru design supports loading and unloading from either side of the cabinet.
- Includes one solid Dutch door and one tempered-glass double-pane Dutch door for access and visibility.
- Universal wire slides hold 17 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 32 full-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" hotel pans.
- Adjustable thermostat and ducted heating system maintain holding temperatures from 70°F to 200°F.
- Insulated 304 stainless steel construction is built for durability and heat retention.
- 5" casters, including 2 with brakes, make the cabinet easy to move and secure in place.
- Top-mount controls and an analog thermometer simplify monitoring during service.
