You need to be careful when comparing vitamins and supplements anywhere you choose to buy them because although they will advertise 500mg,for instance, some you need to take two tablet to get that 500mg. There is only one con I would have yo say that I wish they would specify what percentage of which type of magnesium this is. Most likely the oxide at this price but it just would be nice to know.
