DetaVee in addition to being a stand alone game with five scenarios can also be used as the tactical space combat system for Universe (SPI's sci-fi RPG).  MegaExtras includes the official enhanced rules plus two new scenarios!

Ares Magazine #9 (the featured game is DeltaVee) is complete with the 200 unpunched counters (nicely-centered on both sides) in new condition.  The 11"x17" map has only minor flaws and is in near new condition.  The front cover art retains most of its original appeal (See SuperSize Pictures) with only slight to minor flaws such as a series of short creases emanating from the spine and minor creasing from being held.  The unmarked rules were printed separately from the magazine and are in excellent condition though the cover has a small portion of the upper right corner torn off and minor general creasing form being held.  The interior pages are in high level excellent condition.  All pages are firmly attached.  An excellent opportunity to pick up other rare issue of Ares (6+ were listed at the same time as this issue) and/or a number of rare science fiction games from our store!  Collections of the MegaExtras offered for Ares Magazine are also available!

The Excellent MegaExtras includes the official enhanced rules, two new scenarios from Ares Magazine #17, and over an hour of video about playing the game!  The DeltaVee WebGuide will be emailed upon shipment of your purchase.

It's nice, but the glass is super thin
Everything about this is built really well, except the glass. I'll get into the glass at the end of this, so stick with me. The stand is real heavy and overbuilt if you ask me, but that makes it super stable. The rubber mat on the bottom is a nice touch. The rubber that holds the metal cone on the stand keeps it stable too. The cone works great with #4 coffee filters (I've got a mess of them). They're a bit big but they still fit. I actually use it a lot of times without the stand because I weigh my water as I add it. The cone fits nicely right in the top of the glass. The glass though. It's SUPER thin. I've had a Chemex knock-off that was slightly thicker than this break just from setting it on the counter wrong. I'm just waiting for this thing to shatter on me for no reason. This would be a great unit if that glass wasn't so thin.
