The Kennametal MINI WIN™ is the compact version of the WIN™ Water Induction Nozzle System for blast cabinets and rotating blast systems. Water is added directly to the blast stream at the nozzle, reducing dust formation in enclosed blast cabinet systems without requiring a separate wet blasting system.
This version is suitable for nozzle holders with 3/4" NPSM thread. The compact aluminium body has an outside diameter of 25.4 mm (1"), and all bore sizes have the same 88.9 mm length.
The tungsten carbide liner provides reliable service life when used with mineral abrasives and aluminium silicate. The MINI WIN™ is suitable for use with a blast hose with a 13 mm (1/2") inside diameter.
Water consumption ranges from 0.7 to 6 litres per minute, depending on the required level of dust suppression. The complete system consists of the WIN™ hose, rubber washer, 3/4-NH water inlet and on/off valve.

Available sizes & lengths
Available in bore sizes #2, #3, #4, #5 and #6. All sizes have a fixed length of 88.9 mm.
Note: the MINI WIN™ is designed for blast cabinet equipment with 3/4" NPSM thread and is not suitable for 1-1/4" or 50 mm nozzle holders.
