The soft, spineless, blue-green foliage curls and twists as it grows, giving the plant a whimsical, flowing appearance that sets it apart from more rigid agave varieties. Typically forming a rosette up to 4–5 feet wide and tall, it adds dynamic texture to arid gardens, containers, or rock landscapes. This agave is drought-tolerant, thrives in full sun with well-drained soil, and, like many agaves, it flowers once—producing a tall bloom stalk before the plant completes its life cycle.
