Installation & Break-In

To achieve the maximum lifespan and grip from your new 35-063 belt, Gilomen Innovations recommends a proper break-in procedure:

  • Two 20-mile cycles: Run the machine conservatively through the entire shift range.

  • Throttle Limit: Do not exceed half throttle during these periods.

  • Cooling Period: Allow the belt to cool for at least 30 minutes between the two 20-mile cycles.

Pro Tip: Always carry a spare belt and the necessary tools in your machine. Even with the superior durability of a Duraclutch system, extreme conditions can lead to unexpected wear. Having a 35-063 on hand ensures you aren't left stranded on the trail.
