A good food strainer simplifies time consuming recipes as you can quickly separate the fruit or vegetable from its unwanted skin, stem, or seeds, depending on what you're making. Whether you're interested in making jams, juices, purees, or sauces, all you have to do is put the fruits or vegetables in the hopper, turn the handle, and let the food strainer do the work for you.

You can choose to use just the stainless steel screen that comes with the food strainer, or purchase the four-piece accessory kit to add versatility. This is a manual food strainer however if you want to purchase a motor to make it automatic, a motor can be purchased separately. 

Victorio began in 1937 in order to sell its famous food strainer. Over the decades it expanded its product line to cater to those interested in the process of home canning and its necessary equipment.
