Choose between an A Grade which has no imperfections, or a B Grade lanyard which falls slightly short of perfect, such as having

 

Always keep your keys and other knick knacks with you on this mystical and magical moth lanyard. This new lanyard features a cute faux leather detail as well and you can choose between a full-length neck lanyard or a shorter wrist lanyard.

Faux leather hue/texture may have very slight variations due to supply availability! 

Choose between an A-Grade which has no imperfections, or a B-Grade lanyard which falls slightly short of perfect, such as having minor surface defects on the faux leather detailing like discoloration or minor scratches. Some B-Grade lanyards may also have slightly off-center designs.

Please do not purchase a B-Grade item unless you are completely satisfied with the slight imperfections they come with.

Lanyard Size:

-19.5 inches from the tip of the metal fixture to the end of the lanyard

-approximately 6 inches from the beginning of the metal fixture to the end of the lanyard

Scrum Masters might not agree

You'll recognize much of the content, in line and in harmony with the PMBOK. Lots of descriptions with bullet points for tools and techniques useful to the project manager. Very happy to see the Reference section with working links for further study. Would recommend as a textbook, but 1) the treatment of Agile and 2) the artificial "versus" of Kanban vs Scrum is a bit unfair, and the latter is rarely true. Kanban makes the process visible; Scrum makes it hum. Despite what the author says in the Other Methodologies section: * Scrum masters are not project managers * The Scrum master does not "manage" the team; the team is self-managing and self-organizing * Scrum masters do not supervise anything. They are knowledgeable facilitators and obstacle removers. An index would be helpful and would add to the overall value as a reference book.

That's what I like about Symon's book. He presents a very systematic way to invest in real estate. The Table of Content presents a strong outline that takes you from the Why of real estate investing to How to expand your portfolio and work with partners. The book also has several helpful charts and images to drive home each lesson. Although the book feels comprehensive like a textbook, it's written in a way that's easy to understand and logical to follow. Symon's approach is also very metrics based (see photos). His scorecards help you test out your ideas by creating objective metrics to look at. I highly recommend this book!
