This attachment reduces the chance of injury when lifting max weight while offering additional safety by removing the user's need to walk out on squats and avoid hitting j-cups during bench presses. The SPRLFT Monolift is compatible with Body-Solid's GPR400, SPR1000 and SPR500 Power and Half Racks. The attachment mounts to the racks upright using a j-hook style mount.
