Blue Star first began creating flutes while awakening in Placitas, New Mexico, after discovering this sacred instrument at the Gathering of Nations Pow-Wow. He now resides in Canada where he is continuously learning his craft and adding sweet melodies to the land.

Blue refers to his flutes as “The Children” because his creation process is so unique and heartfelt with every flute that a new part of his being is born with each new instrument. Each flute child has its own unique personality, temperament, and style, as it is with each of us.
