They have an 8" medium-height shaft and a standard last. Full-grain leather makes up the uppers, and grip-enhancing Vibram® soles are rather flexible. For enjoyable hiking, these boots also have a midsole that absorbs shock. Furthermore, they have excellent comfort, reinforced stitching, and a sole that is medium-stiff and offers the previously mentioned support.

The Harkila Reidmar GTX boots also feature a U-turn® wire lacing system for simple fastening, and easy to put on and take off. These boots are developed and manufactured in Europe, and they contain a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane that has been field-tested.

Harkila provide a two-year warranty on all their footwear to protect you in the unusual event that the boots have a material or manufacturing flaw, provided you have your proof of purchase receipt. The Reidmar boots come in sizes as small as 36, making them appropriate for older children in addition to being unisex.
