製作方法：
(1) 薑餅屋糖霜：蛋白霜粉50 克加水50±2

300 克分三次拌入即可。
(2) 蛋白餅：蛋白霜粉100 克加水60±2 克以

克麵糊於烤盤上，烤爐溫度130℃，烘烤
約20 分即可。
(3) 牛軋糖：卡羅麥精糖漿900 克與砂糖230

克及鹽10 克加熱到145℃備用。蛋白霜
粉90克及水90 克以球狀攪拌器快速打發
7 分鐘後，將煮沸的糖漿沖入以快速攪拌
。將奶油70克、白油70 克加熱融化與奶
粉225 克一起加入以上步驟，以槳狀攪
拌器拌勻，加入適量堅果與調味料拌勻
後，倒入盤中壓平，冷卻後即可切割。
儲 存：置於陰涼、乾燥處ㄧ年。

Don’t order from this vendor
Sent me a starter that didn’t work. Then messaged me back only to say they don’t handle logistic related matters, they don’t have access to process exchange items and that I should just re order. Please don’t waste your time with this vendor! Now I’m stuck with a starter that doesn’t work!
