- Wet-operation design for moist heat holding; water is required for even heating.
- Drop-in installation includes a cord, plug, and mounting clips—no hard-wiring required.
- Stainless steel top and exterior housing with drip-free flange and individual drain shutoffs.
- Accepts full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep; adapter bars are recommended for fractional pans.
