Winemaker Quote: Blushing pig bright plum in colour, our Pinot Noir Gin is made with 12 botanicals and a dash of Squealing Pig Pinot Noir wine. Dry and refreshing with subtle juniper, bright citrus flavours and earthy cinnamon and clove, this gin is an absolute master stroke perfectly balanced and oinkingly delicious. A dash of our Pinot Noir wine is the piece de resistance finishing touch.
Peak Drinking: Serve over ice with aromatic tonic water, a slice of orange and a sprig of fresh mint; or simply enjoy in the nude; neat.
