With about 159 known citations, the QuicKey Pro Human IL-8 (Interleukin 8) ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human IL-8. Samples (or Standards) and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) linked antibody specific for Human IL-8 are added to the micro ELISA plate wells. Human IL-8 in samples (or standards) combines with the coated antibody and HRP linked detection antibody special to Human IL-8.Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate. The substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450±2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human IL-8. The concentration of Human IL-8 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Runs big, and fabric may not be same color as picture

This suit was a good find for us, as we usually dress up for church, and my 13 yo son often wears suits. He normally wears a size 16, so that’s what we ordered, and in dark charcoal gray. The suit we got was a light, heathered gray that didn’t look much like the one in the picture. It was very wrinkly and thin, and a little scratchy. Also, the sleeves were way too long and the torso cut of the jacket was pretty wide. The pants were very large in the waist, but fit him decently in the length (he’s 5’4” and weighs 90 lbs). Overall the suit looked like it was drowning him, so I would order a size down unless you have a larger child/teen. Because of the ill fit, I haven’t had the chance to see what the suit looks like on him as it’s supposed to, but I guess I’ll return it or wait a year or two until he fills it out a bit more. Not overly impressed with the quality, so I’m not sure I’d pay $55 for this one again.
