كتاب مختصر العلامة خليل
هو أحد أهم وأشهر المتون الفقهية المعتمدة في الفقه المالكي، ويُعد العمدة في الفتوى والقضاء والتدريس لدى المالكية منذ مطلع القرن التاسع الهجري وحتى يومنا هذا. ألّفه الفقيه الشيخ ضياء الدين أبو المودة خليل بن إسحاق الجندي المصري (المتوفى سنة 776 هـ).
نبذة عن المؤلف والمختصر
- المؤلف: خليل بن إسحاق الجندي، كان والده حنفي المذهب، وتلقى هو الفقه المالكي على يد الشيخ عبد الله المنوفي. اشتهر بورعه وعفته، وكان يرتدي زي الجندية ويدرّس بالمدرسة الشيخونية في القاهرة.
- الكتاب: جمع فيه المؤلف زبدة المذهب المالكي، واعتمد فيه على الأقوال المشهورة والراجحة من أمهات الكتب مثل "المدونة" وما استقر عليه المتأخرون من محققي المذهب.

- الإيجاز الشديد: تميز المتن بعباراته المختصرة جداً وجمله المكثفة، مما يجعله غزيراً بالمسائل والأحكام الفقهية في حجم صغير.

To Yeti or not to Yeti

I’m honestly baffled. My dog Simba — a boxer, black lab, pittie mix with plenty of energy but not exactly a super‑chewer — received this Yeti doll on February 15th. Within days, he had chewed the hand clean off and yanked the rope straight out of the doll’s body. I expected at least a little durability, but this thing didn’t stand a chance. I’m still staring at the shredded remains wondering how it fell apart that fast. Definitely not what I thought I was buying.
