Wine making

The winemaking was done in mill with the white grapes and all mixed red ones. Step on foot and natural fermentation for about 2 weeks. There was no sulphite addition, only chestnut blossom. After fermentation it was pressed and aged in a stainless steel vat for about 5 months, followed by bottling.

Tasting Notes

Open red colour. In the mouth it shows a lively character and a lot of freshness, it is young, with very elegant tannins and great aromatic complexity. Very personalized feature reduced by the presence of a large variety of grapes.

Serve Advices

Serve at a temperature of 8ºC-10ºC.

Food Pairing

Good as an aperitif or with salads, fish and sea food.
