This combo includes the gong of your choice, the Satellite of Love Gong Stand, and a traditional Chinese gong mallet.

The 22” Atlantis Gong is made by casting bronze with mineral salts. This creates a very complex overall tone, with varying pockets of overtones and harmonics throughout the face of the gong. It is a mysterious gong!

Approximate Gong Weight: 10 lbs

The 22” Atlantis Chau mixes the classic look and feel of the traditional Chau Gong with the mystique, complexity, and depth of our exclusive Atlantis gong.

Approximate Gong Weight: 10 lbs

The 22" Atlantis Wind Gong mixes the classic look and feel of the traditional Wind gong with mystique and depth of our exclusive Atlantis gong.

Approximate Gong Weight: 8 lbs

The 22" Chau Gong is iconic in appearance. It is what many people see in their mind’s eye when they think of a Chinese Gong. The bull’s-eye design is created by the metal lathing between the rim of the gong and the center. The Chau Gong will start deep, and is helped by the rim on the edge. The lathed band allows for a good, balanced crash of overtones when the volume is built.

Approximate Gong Weight: 8 lbs 8 oz

The 22" Chocolate Drop Gong is similar to the Chau Gong, but with the outer dark ring lathed off. This makes the Chocolate Drop look and sound brighter than the Chau Gong. It also increases the musicality of the overall tone, with good depth under a shimmery layer of harmonics.

Approximate Gong Weight: 8 lbs 8 oz

The 22" Dark Star Gong resembles our Mother Tesla Gongs, but with a more musical bounce to their tones, yet still able to maintain a moodier sentiment. They have a dark, deep fundamental note with a warm fuzzy finish, and a contained crash.

Approximate Gong Weight: 10 lbs

Dark Wind Gongs are similar to the traditional Wind Gongs, but with an unlathed outer edge. The unlathed part controls the crash, creating less splash than a wind gong and preventing the gong from opening up sound-wise like a fully lathed gong.

Approximate Gong Weight: 6 lbs 6 oz

The 22" Deep Breath Gong is a breath of fresh air. these gongs are thinner, light-hearted, and fun. The dark unlathed center provides great sustain while holding the crash in.

Approximate Gong Weight: 6 lbs 6 oz

Exclusive to Gongs Unlimited, the Deep Breath Chau Gongs are similar to the Deep Breath Gongs that we have all come to love, but with a rim! The presence of the rim focuses the sound and combined with the dark unlathed center, provides great sustain while holding the crash in.

Approximate Gong Weight: 8 lbs 8 oz

Approaching the center of absolute zero, closing in on unity, you look to the center of it all and see yourself. You approach the event horizon, in a spatial moment just beyond, the Eventual Horizon.

The sound of the universe reverberating through a wave field of strings and bands of light and darkness meets you and welcomes you back to the union of all things.

Let the balanced, deep tones of this gong aid you in your spiritual and emotional healing practice.

Approximate Gong Weight: 10 lbs

The 22" Lunar Flare Gong has a deep sound, though not as sharp as its sister, the Solar Flare Gong. The rim focuses the sound, which lingers pleasantly. There's a lightness, like the light from the moon that pierces the thick of night. Deep sound emanates and expands and transforms dark to light.

Approximate Gong Weight: 8 lbs 8 oz

The 22" Mother Tesla Gong is a take on the classic Chinese gong. It is fully unlathed, creating a dark tone and appearance. By not polishing the gong, we get less of a forced pitch or crash, and more of a spectrum of tones that are organic to the bronze. It will have a deep and mysterious sound.

Approximate Gong Weight: 10 lbs

The 22" Solar Flare Gong is a less traditional Chinese Gong than some of the other styles. It’s a more recent design created by Chinese gong makers and is available to all gong sellers, so we felt compelled to put it in the Traditional section. It is basically a Wind Gong, but with concentric bands of lathed and unlathed circles. The unlathed parts control the crash and splash, less than a Wind Gong. The rings concentrate the tones and it does not open up sound-wise like a fully lathed gong.

Approximate Gong Weight: 6 lbs 6 oz

The 22" Subatomic Gong is a spin on the classic Chau gong. We added an additional lathed band on the outer rim, creating a little bet more musicality and balance to the classic Chau Gong sound. This gong sings like a choir. It is deep and balanced and beautiful.

Approximate Gong Weight: 8 lbs 8 oz

The 22" White Gong has a rim like a Chau Gong but is also fully lathed like a Wind gong. As expected, the White Gong has qualities of both these traditional Chinese gongs. The full lathing creates a bright, airy sound with a shiny splash, but the rim focuses that splash, and gives clarity to the overall sound.

The 22" Wind Gong is fully-lathed, all shiny. It also does not have a rim; it is flat on the edge. This design gives the Wind Gong its splashy celebratory tone when struck with a quick fast attack.

Approximate Gong Weight: 6 lbs 6 oz

The Satellite of Love Gong Stand has the versatility of a cymbal stand and the gong holding capabilities of a gong stand. This metal tripod expands your percussion universe to include gongs and tam tams. Paired with a Chinese gong, it is the perfect option for the percussionist, yoga instructor, or sound therapist on the move.

Wow!
Format: Kindle
This book was awesome! Seraphina and her family have moved to a new town. Her family is a bit... odd. She grew up learning how to protect herself from people who might hurt her. Bloodshed is a daily occurrence with her brothers and parents during their practice sessions, and it’s all fun and games unless you need to hide a body. Sera’s family is very close, and she’s been homeschooled most of her life. But in this new town she is going to start regular school as a senior at the local high school. Unfortunately, things at her school aren’t all they seem to be. Or perhaps more than they seem to be. Sera has her own demons to deal with, and she’s terrified her new friends will learn about her weird family and other issues and drop her like a rock. It turns out they have their own secrets as well. This story ends on a bit of a cliffhanger and I can’t wait to read the next one! This book is well written and well edited. The heroine is spunky and has a great heart and wicked sense of humor.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
