From the Estate’s Gimblett Gravels vineyard at Hawke’s Bay, this is a rather muscular style of Chardonnay, with a serious future. Thoroughly enjoyable drinking. Lemon/yellow in colour, this is very much a youthful Chardonnay with notes of grapefruit, stone fruits, florals, spices, peaches and a chalky backing. This is poised and powerful, with early complexity already evident. We have good focus and seemingly boundless energy, all with impressive length. Worth putting a case or two in the cellar for up to a decade to see the wine in all its coming glory.

Crafted from multiple parcels of chardonnay clones grown in the stony soils of our Gimblett Gravels Vineyard, each bringing its own character and complexity. Using classic Burgundian techniques, this wine expresses the varietal’s pure elegance and refined structure.
100% hand-harvested and whole bunch pressed into stainless steel for ambient settling overnight. The juice was racked to oak for fermentation, primarily with indigenous yeast, followed by full spring malolactic fermentation. It was aged 10 months in oak (24% new) and a further 3 months on full lees in stainless steel before bottling in June 2025."

Perfect for small senior dogs!

So I actually bought this for my senior Bolonka. She has a neurological disorder that does not allow her to have hard bones or treats, plus I am trying to protect her teeth for as long as I can. This is a GREAT toy. I like to fill up the middle with yogurt or peanut butter and things she can lick instead of bite into. This is the PERFECT size for her. She likes to play with it even without a treat on the inside. She just carries it around the house , as its not heavy at all, and throws it around, it is too cute! It is not loud at all, the only noise that comes out is if shes got a ton of saliva and her teeth rub against it. I just pulled it off the packaging, washed it, and it was ready to go. It will last forever with my baby because she doesn't chew hard so I am unsure about the durability for bigger pups or dogs who are heavy chewers. I am so glad I got this for her and I would HIGHLY recommend it!

Good product misleading size.

Really disappointed about the size. It is way too small for my berniedoodle. He still likes it for play but I’m afraid he might swallow it. It’s very sturdy tho and is chew resistant. I guess I didn’t pay attention to the size. Looked big in the picture.
