The Human CXCL10 (Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa) ELISA Kit measures CXCL10 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti CXCL10 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with CXCL10 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of CXCL10 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

It appears there are more than 1,000 pillows advertised and available all over the Internet. The situation is a comedy routine. If you want a cooling pillow because you're a hot sleeper or if you want a plush pillow for back problems or a combination or neither, it doesn't matter. Be prepared to read 1,000 different advertisements until you start laughing out loud. This is what I did, but I wandered upon this Marlow Pillow system and then trusted the Amazon ratings. And boy am I happy, though a word of caution: if you want the cooling technology to really work you've got to pair this pillow with the Marlow pillow protector. Because Amazon didn't carry the pillow protector I bought it directly from Marlow. And this is the last pillow I'll ever get or need to get. Comfortable like a goose down pillow and yet cool to the touch and cool all night long. So I got lucky; have avoided having to buy multiple pillows; and now am enjoying the heck out of my Marlow King with the Marlow pillow protector. Lastly, this pillow is adjustable with a zipper and it works: you can make it softer or harder with a quick zip. The best pillow out there, by far!
