This the 1st ever version, with dual stage big ring getter, much better sounding than later small ring getter and A frame types.

They are very, very quiet in RIAA preamps, thanks to the heaters wounded in different way than ECC88.


These tubes are compatible with ECC88 / 6DJ8 / E88CC / 6922 in almost every application and you can often found them relabeled ECC88 / 6DJ8 Philips Holland or Siemens Germany.


All pairs I have listed for sale are really perfectly matched with exact or almost exact all four triode sections due to big qty I have in stock.  

They are tested on calibrated Tesla BM215M tester for plate current and tested for hum and noise in preamplifier.

The wire solders very nicely. It's very flexible, perhaps a little too flexible. I used this wire in a couple speaker building projects. I like to put the wire in a drill and twist the wires together, it's a nice look and helps with wire management. The too flexible part makes it so the wire doesn't stay tightly twisted. To remedy that I use heat shrink at either end to at least keep the wires somewhat together.
