Dầu đậu phộng nguyên chất Lê Thông là loại dầu nấu ăn được ép từ giống đậu phộng Sẻ có chất lượng tinh dầu cao nhiều dinh dưỡng, thu hoạch từ nguồn nguyên liệu sạch tại Bình Thuận.

Chỉ những hạt đậu phộng khô đã tách vỏ sạch mới được cho vào máy ép ở nhiệt độ từ 70~80°C để dầu không bị nặng mùi và giữ được tối ưu các dưỡng chất, vitamin có trong đậu phộng. Sau đó trải qua quá trình lọc sạch những cặn bả mang đến loại dầu đậu phộng tinh khiết, vàng óng với hương thơm đặc trưng.

Có đặc tính là điểm bốc khói khá cao (dao động khoảng khoảng 231°C) nên dầu đậu phộng (dầu lạc) cũng là một loại dầu nấu ăn phổ biến, được sử dụng linh hoạt trong các phương pháp chế biến món ăn như chiên các món ăn ngập dầu, dùng để tẩm ướp, phết lên các món nướng BBQ tạo màu vàng đẹp mắt và không bị khô, xào rau, trộn gỏi,…

Với những món chiên rán như tempura, thịt chiên xù tonkatsu, mandu, các món chiên (Jeon:전) Hàn Quốc như rau củ chiên, pajeon (bánh hành), kkaennip-Jeon, wanja-jeon (thịt viên chiên), kkochi-Jeon,...thì dầu đậu phộng cũng là một lựa chọn thích hợp giúp hoàn thành món ăn một cách nhanh chóng và đạt chất lượng như ý muốn.

Glowy but not sure about the spf

My first impression was that this works more like a basic body shimmer than anything else. The Glistening Bronze shade gives a noticeable glow, especially on arms and shoulders. It spreads easily and adds a warm shimmer in the light, but the overall effect feels pretty simple and more cosmetic than skincare focused. In use, the oil blends in smoothly and feels lightweight on the skin. It does leave a bit of moisture behind, similar to a light body oil, and the shimmer shows up well outdoors. The bronze tone is fairly deep, so it seems better suited for medium to darker skin tones or anyone who wants a stronger bronzed glow. The product mentions SPF 45, but there is very little information about the sun protection side of it, so I personally treat this more like a shimmer oil than a sunscreen.
