The Politics of AutismThe Politics of Autism investigates the truths and fictions of public understanding about autism, questioning apparent realities too sensitive or impolitic to challenge. Is there really more autism? How has the count expanded by diagnosing autism over other conditions? Have scientific methods in autism diagnosis gone hand in hand with autism increases? Are mild autism cases really a 'disorder, ' rather than personality variant? Can autism be quiescent
The Politics of Autism investigates the truths and fictions of public understanding about autism, questioning apparent realities too sensitive or impolitic to challenge. Is there really more autism? How has the count expanded by diagnosing autism over other conditions? Have scientific methods in autism diagnosis gone hand-in-hand with autism increases? Are mild autism cases really a 'disorder, ' rather than personality variant? Can autism be quiescent in childhood but truly first recognizable in adulthood? Why does popular media often portray people with autism as odd geniuses ignoring the kind of autism most have? Siegel tackles thorny issues and perennial questions: How do we weigh likely treatment gains with treatment costs? Why does our autism education persist in teaching academic subjects some never master? Why do we fail to plan realistically for autistic adulthood? Which parents get caught up in non-mainstream 'treatments' and fear of vaccines? Readers will see an insider's view of controversies in autism research. Siegel's views, sometimes iconoclastic, always frank and informed, challenge broad unexamined assumptions about our understanding of autism. Each chapter addresses different issues, data, and social policy recommendations. A chapter-by-chapter bibliography with URLs provides both popular media and scientific references.Binding Type: Hardcover

Nice gentle body wash
Scent: Pomegranate & Hibiscus, Size: 30.6 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Love the shampoo it lathers on nicely and smells wonderful for the price it's fantastic. Hard to go wrong with a classic brand like Dove. I personally don't get the 24hr lotion support however. My skin still feels fairly dry by morning after taking a shower a night. Might be another cause but this hasn't seemed to help much. At very least however it leaves me feeling cleaning and smelling nice for the night.

11/10 Recommend
Scent: Peach, Size: 30.6 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
This is hands down the best body wash of all time. I feel really clean and my skin feels extra moisturized. I've never used a better body was in all my 32 years. My holy grail. I've tried most of their scents in this line... and this is my humble opinion on the scents:
1. This White Peach & Rice Milk scent is the best one. By far. It's just a very girly, flowery, fresh scent. It makes my shower feel like I'm at the spa, every time. It's leagues ahead of the other scents.
2. The Coconut & Cocoa Butter smells like you'd imagine it to smell. Delicious!
3. The Mango & Almond Butter. Ya know... at first... this was my favorite. However, the more showers I took.. the less I liked this scent and found myself missing the white peach scent.
4. Shea Butter & Vanilla. I originally thought this would be my favorite scent but it's just... okay. I'm usually a shea butter & vanilla girly through and through. But this one left me underwhelmed. Still a great body wash, though.
5. Just the regular degular dove body wash. The scent is still nice if you don't like scents.
6. By far the worst dove body wash scent (although it isn't in this line) is the Dove Men + Care Blackcurrent & Cedarwood scent. Immediately no.
(The Coconut & Pink Jasmine deodorant smells sooooo good, by the way.)
That's all. Buy it! You won't regret it :)

My favorite bodywash to use right now!
I love Dove products overall but the bodywash is probably my favorite to use from this line! The fragrance is extremely appealing, smells so wonderful and makes me feel extra refreshed after using! It is definitely worth buying for the bottle size because its huge. It leaves a gentle beautiful soothing touch and you smell phenomenal on top of that! If you love the scent Cherry Blossom or any floral scents? Get it! You will love this, trust me :)
