Notepads are available in a sheet count of 50 or 100 and in the following sizes: 4.25” x 5.5”, 5.5” square or 5” x 7”. 

When checking out, please leave the following information in the Monogram and/or Special Instructions box(es): 

• Your monogram initials. For this monogram, you may use your first and last initial or for a couple, use both first name initials. 
• Color(s) for each monogram. Please be specific- for example: red for the M and black for the S or light blue for the main monogram and navy for the outline.
