The Culinaire® Under Bench Counter Line Bain Marie is designed to hold pre-heated food at the optimum temperature in Gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep.
Wet or dry operation (temperature varies greatly when run dry, should not be left unattended for long periods of time).
The Bain Marie comes ready for connection to hot water and waste with all valves supplied and fitted. The visual aspect of the unit is enhanced by the use of 10mm toughened glass on the gantry. Options: Radius well. Contact your Stoddart representative.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
- This display is designed to be mounted under a custom made bench top of your choice (manufactured & fitted by others)
- Pans are recessed to minimize water condensation on surrounding bench top
- Double skinned air insulated on all sides to minimize heat to external panels
- Robust construction from 304 grade stainless steel with a No.4 finish
- Adjustable digital temperature controller allows food to be held between +65°C to +90°C (food must be heated above 65°C before being placed in bain marie)
- Wet or dry operation (temperature varies greatly when run dry, should not be left unattended for long periods of time)
- Fitted with 10mm thick toughened glass gantry with overhead Quartz IR heat lamps to provide heat and illumination to the product below
- Gantry is detachable and height adjustable for ease of installation. To be connected by an electrician
- Individual On/Off switches to operate bain marie and overhead gantry heat lamps
- Overhead heat lamps are fully adjustable via a solid-state voltage controller for accurate temperature selection
- Water inlet at opposite end to drain for ease of cleaning
- Ready for connection to hot water inlet and waste, valves supplied loose for onsite connection to services
- Suits gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately).

GREAT FOR TOUGH CHEWERS!!!

AMAZING FOR TOUGH CHEWERS!!! I did NOT buy this toy with the intentions of it lasting longer than the usual couple of hours for chew toys and tug toys for my three pits (I really only bought it because my puppy likes to chomp when I scratch her booty and corn shaped toys make it look like she is “corn cobbing” the kernels right off). I don’t know if it’s the kernel design or what….but my tough chewers have not been able to make a dent!! And that is NOT from lack of trying!! They usually get through even the toughest toys within a DAY at the most of me giving them to them. I usually buy a few, so they can have at least a few days worth of fun. With this toy, they have tried even harder! It’s almost like it is not personal…because they can’t get through this one! Haha
The string part didn’t stand a chance. In fact, I cut that off within an hour. It was short and hard to hold on to. The threads came apart pretty quickly. I cut that part off. But the corn part?!?! I wish ALL toys were made out of that texture!! I am gobsmacked that the cob is still intact, with each and every kernel still in place!!
If you have a tough chewer…give this one a shot! I am ordering two more right now!! So they can each have their own ear!
