1) 뇌혈액순환장애 및 뇌영양장애(뇌혈관부전), 다음 증상을 수반하는 뇌기능장애 : 지적 및 경각능력저하, 어지러움, 이명, 두통, 시력장애, 기억력감퇴, 불안, 우울감, 내이성난청, 혈관성ㆍ대사성 경부증상으로 인한 청각 및 언어능력 저하
